Data Center Logistics II

**Job Summary**
Responsible for coordinating deliveries and resolving basic shipping or receiving issues, keeping records/logs of all materials.

**Responsibilities**
Documentation & System Updates
- Informs recipients that goods ordered have been delivered; coordinates speedy and efficient delivery of goods to the required destination and obtains sign-off for receipt

Shipping & Receiving
- Maintains records of materials received and shipped
- Receives all goods delivered to the company either directly or following acceptance by security
- Enters all goods received and ensures order requirements are fulfilled
- Inspects received goods

Problem Solving
- Proactively works and communicates with customers to ensure on-time deliveries; may assist with resolving shipping and receiving issues

Inventory Management
- Assists in maintaining appropriate consumable stock levels (e.g. cable connectors, ordering materials at specified minimums)

Equipment
- Assists with management of stored and/or abandoned equipment

Data Center Support
- Assists with removal/disposal of all packing material from the Data center

**Qualifications**
- Proven years of experience
- High School Diploma
