Loan Administrator

**Loan Administrator - Banking**:
We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Loan Administrator position at the European Headquarters of an esteemed international bank located in Amsterdam. In this role, you will provide essential support to the front office through various administrative tasks.

**Responsibilities Loan Administrator - Banking**:

- Responsible to support front office with the loan administration, internal reporting and relevant tasks in structured finance and corporate lending;
- to review the notice from agent banks and customers to create accounting tickets/payment requests;
- to execute closing processes for new settlements. This includes executing contracts, creating tickets, and data registration;
- to communicate with customers, agent banks, London office to facilitate the administrative process;
- to input data in lending systems incl. customer registration, funding, reporting;
- to do regular internal reporting to head office and relevant divisions;
- to review nondisclosure agreements with counter parties under support from front-office legal advisors;
- to support customer due diligence, treasury fund management, front reporting, research business;
- And such other duties as the management may from time-to-time reasonably require.

**Requirements Loan Administrator - Banking**:

- 1 - 3 years of experience with loan administration or other administrative tasks in a bank or financial institution;
- Someone who works carefully, diligently and has attention to detail.
- Fluent in English.

**Offer Loan Administrator - Banking**:
The salary indication is approximately 50k - 60k annually gross, depending on experience (including 13th month and holiday allowance based on 37.5 hours).
