**Foundations of Your Job**
As a Facility officer at TWD, you will be part of our Facilities team, which consists of 2 secretaries and a Facilities Manager.
Together with your team, you play a crucial role in all facility matters within TWD. You are the person that ensures the smooth running of daily office operations.
A glimpse of your responsibilities:
- Organizing events, including our annual weekend getaway where the entire company - including our international branches - comes together.
- Arranging business trips
- Providing facility support for the entire company.
- Flexibly responding to diverse requests and ensuring everything is meticulously arranged.

You are the perfect match for TWD if you also bring the following knowledge and experience:
- Ideally, you already have working experience in event planning and organizing travels, coordinating business planning. (Are you the one who organizes weekend getaways and vacations for your friend group? Or are you the one leading the way in organizing a party?)
- You have experience with Office 365, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- You are available 32-40 hours per week
- Having a driver's license (Category B) is a plus
