Ons hotel ligt in het groene hart van Brabant, op loopafstand van het gezellige Veldhoven en dicht bij de lichtstad Eindhoven. Het hotel was vroeger een klooster waar les werd gegeven. En tegenwoordig wordt deze plek ook nog steeds veel gebruikt om informatie te delen. Niet alleen aan onze gasten met diverse trainingen, maar zeker ook aan onze medewerkers.

Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor de personeelsplanning van onze Food and Beverage afdeling.

Onze afdeling bestaat uit zes verschillende outlets: restaurant Binnenhof, restaurant Porticato, Abdijbar, Sportscentre, pantry en banqueting. De afdeling bestaat uit ongeveer 50 medewerkers.

Verder onderhoud je het contact met verschillende uitzendbureaus en zet je bij deze bureaus uitvragen uit.

Je voert verzuim gesprekken en documenteert dit, administreert ziek
- en herstelmeldingen en houdt personeelsgegevens actueel. Tevens hoort het houden van sollicitatiegesprekken voor nieuwe potentiële medewerkers ook bij deze veelzijdige functie.

Jij bent de spil tussen de verschillende afdelingen binnen NH Koningshof om het operationele gedeelte zo optimaal en productief mogelijk in te zetten. Je woont meetings bij waarin evenementen worden doorgenomen en geeft advies m.b.t. personeelsinzet.
- Ervaring als planner en ervaring in de horeca is een pre.
- Mensen omschrijven jou als een duizendpoot die goed kan multitasken, hier krijg je ook energie van.
- Je werkt nauwkeurig en bent stressbestendig.
