We have built our first ever innocent-owned factory, called ‘the blender’, and we’re looking for an **Ingredients & Blending Planning Manager **to ensure we can deliver the best service to our drinkers. We are on a really exciting mission and have ambitious and inspirational goals which will be setting us apart from many typical factories. To us this means doing the right thing by balancing our people, the planet and profit.

In this role, you will be part of the supply planning team of innocent. You’ll be responsible for the team who ensure the timely supply of materials to either our factory, the blender and/or our 3rd party sites, making sure that we have enough smoothies and juices for all our drinkers in Europe.

**What are your responsibilities as Ingredients & Blending Planning Manager?**
- Lead a high performing planning team which continuously raised it's game, in line with our values;
- Direct line manager for our ingredients and blending planners, responsible for their performance, learning and development;
- First point of contract for escalation from within the team & wider supply chain for issues concerning this area;
- Owner of blending site & ingredient warehouse capacity utilisation, tracking actuals & forecast to ensure risk raised & managed before becoming an issue;
- Ensure correct routines in place to manage data, stock accuracy & transactions in Devex (PLM system) and D365 (ERP system) for blends & ingredients, in line with both planning & financial requirements;
- Reporting of weekly & monthly KPI's with rationale where off-track;
- ensuring correct daily & weekly PO/PR management process are in place to ensure invoice payments are made on time and cost of services and ingredients are accurately raised & received on time;
- Set up and maintain interdisciplinary relationships with internal stakeholders, such as quality, finance, FG planning team & blender scheduling team;
- Partner with direct procurement to ensure ingredient contract volumes are managed correctly and any risks to ingredient supply are mitigated;
- Responsible for external supplier relationship management approached as defined by supplier category with procurement to ensure we maintain agreed service levels and performance as well improving ways of working between parties where necessary;
- Operational lead for project Drumbeat, embedding new ways of working & mitigating issues coming from the transition between ingredients warehouses, ensuring we achieve the exit criteria in line with project expectations;
- Lead on improving ingredient waste, setting up KPI's, defining & tracking safety cover requirements.

**You’ll have**
- Experience in planning team leadership;
- Experienced in working with and optimising ERP-systems;
- Experience in high-paced operational environments requiring collaborative & active problem solving;
- Creative mind to solve problems with excellent partnering & collaboration skills, to find a way even if it seems impossible;
- Great verbal and written communication skills in the English and Dutch language.
