**About the Role**
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join the Requirement Manage-ment department. The Requirement Management department is an integral part of the Change organization, responsible for handling all company wide change requests. As a Requirement Manager you will work closely with senior business stakeholders to review their products and services requirements within the portfolio, and to coordinate decision mak-ing on which requirements should start and when, and which should be put on hold or given a lower/higher priority. Next to that you will provide accurate progress status reports with the information and insight needed for the Prioritization Council and IT Resource Planning Council to make decisions on spend/resources, delivery and validate alignment with strategic direction of the company. This role offers the opportunity to improve our Company wide Requirement Management process such that we can process and deliver requirements in a faster and more efficient way.

**Key responsibilities**
- Relationship management of main stakeholders (Product Managers, Business Unit Leader and C-Level executives) with focus on expectation management.
- Strategic alignment and balancing of the requirements portfolio to achieve organizational objectives (in close collaboration with Bank and IT stakeholders a.o. but not limited to Business Unit Leaders, Product Managers and PMO)
- Support & collaborate with Requirements Coordinators to monitor and track all requirements with a special focus on achieving a high quality and transparent prioritization and planning log of requirements.
- Use metrics and data visualization effectively to report the status of requirements processing, prioritization, and planning to the respective main stakeholders
- Prepare and chair monthly Prioritization Council as well as RPC in close collaboration with Bank and IT stakeholders and Requirements Coordinators

**What we are looking for**
- University degree with a focus on business or banking
- Several years of experience in Portfolio, Product or Account Management or in a similar role where service/stakeholder management plays a key role
- You communicate clearly and effectively, and can adapt your message and communication style to the audience addressed.
- You are intrinsically motivated by the impact you have on your environment: you are ambitious and driven, and want to make the company better
- You are able to interact with all levels of the organization
- You posses diplomatic & negotiation management skills
- Profound knowledge of English. German is a plus.
