Business Development Manager Dach

**Team Partnerships is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDR) to help 12Build take the next step in the DACH region. Are you looking for a commercial job in an International Scale Up in which you can put all your expertise to full use?**

**Your job**

As a BDR, you will work with business partners and prospects to develop professional relationships (stakeholder management) and achieve business goals. The primary goal is to seek strong connections and use them to create growth opportunities for 12Build. This involves the DACH region; a region with a legion of opportunities and scope to really expand and achieve an established market share. You are an important catalyst for our growth and you know better than anyone how to identify and follow up on new opportunities. You will do this together with a group of enthusiastic colleagues from Partnerships and the DACH project team.

**In short, what will you be doing?**
- Generate and qualify new leads via various channels (e.g. your own network, events, conferences, Social Media, etc.).
- Recognise and follow up on opportunities for market growth in the DACH region.
- Building and maintaining business relationships with prospects and partners.
- Strategic sales of our SaaS solution.
- Pipeline development and process optimisation.

- You can communicate easily at multiple levels and people enjoy working with you.
- You have at least 6 years of experience in a similar position.
- Professional level of working (min. Bachelor level).
