Recruitment Manager

YOUR TASKS
- You will lead a team of highly skilled recruiters and make sure they work in the most effective way. Supervising and providing overall guidance to the recruitment team;
- Build a solid strategic Recruitment Plan for the team and coach them along the way;
- Manage and monitor key recruitment metrics and ensure continuous professionalization of the department;
- Act as the strategic business partner towards our HR Director and other internal stakeholders;
- Launch recruitment projects with the purpose to improve processes and attract talent.

YOUR PROFILE
- You have extensive experience in the recruitment profession. You also bring solid experience to the table in developing and implementing a recruitment strategy within a corporate environment;
- You are a connector who knows how to get people on board in the right surrounding;
- You are an Analytical Mastermind with good problem-solving skills;
- Effective communication skills and creative thinking are qualities that reflect you;
- You preferably have completed a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant direction (HRM, Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing);
- You are an expert in the use of various social media channels and recruitment software (Applicant Tracking Systems);
- Excellent oral and written skills in Dutch and English.
