Pag Procurement Assistant

**SHIN-ETSU SILICONES EUROPE IS LOOKING FOR A PAG PROCUREMENT ASSISTANT (1,0 FTE)**

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
The PAG Procurement Assistant supports the department daily in all areas of production administration and reports to the PAG Procurement Supervisor.

You will process our production records in our systems so we have a clear understanding of the current stock situation.

You will be assisting in the process for ordering and purchasing local and international supplies of raw and packing material for our production.

Here you have all the space you need to optimally organize your work with your knowledge and experience. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Power BI are a plus.

**RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS**:

- Assist in executing the purchase plan for our materials we use in production
- Process and administer the production records in digital systems
- Create, process and monitor purchase orders in our ERP
- Check shipping documents and communicate with forwarders to ensure shipments as scheduled
- Stock level control of main materials and signal shortage
- Ensure correct invoicing together with Production and Accounting departments
- Assist QA department with CoA, MSDS, specification and other documents of main materials
- Cooperate in yearly financial audit and ISO audit and prepare all necessary documents

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Eligible to work in the Netherlands with a valid visa/work permit
- MBO level 4 or HBO working and thinking level
- Good knowledge of overseas trade (Incoterms)
- Good communication and administrative skills
- Sufficient oral, reading and writing skills in Dutch and English. Japanese is a plus
- Critical working attitude, especially towards safety
