**Vacatureomschrijving**
Als **Project Implementation Expert** ben jij de drijvende kracht achter alle aspecten van projectimplementatie binnen JDE Professional. Je fungeert als strategische en tactische sparringpartner voor de organisatie bij het uitrollen van B2B-tenders.

Je richt je op diverse aandachtsgebieden, waaronder:

- Het volgen van marktontwikkelingen en klantbehoeften;
- Invulling geven aan Implementaties, implementatieverantwoordelijkheid;
- Het continu aansluiten van implementatie services op de markttrends en -vraag;
- BID-validatie en BID-impactanalyse;
- Administratieve vastlegging;
- Het adviseren over realisatie van voorzieningen.

Vanuit het tenderteam worden klant opdrachten ontvangen waarvoor een end-2-end uitvoer gerealiseerd moet worden. Het ontzorgen van de klant staat hierbij centraal. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor de klant en verantwoordelijk voor de afstemming met andere afdelingen binnen JDE Peet’s. Je houdt het overzicht op de voortgang en stuurt bij wanneer nodig.

Naast je rol als projectleider stuur je de afdeling functioneel aan en ben je, in samenwerking met het team, verantwoordelijk voor een optimale FTR (First Time Right) en OTIF (On Time In Full) uitrol van projecten.

De hoofdzaak is dat de projecten tijdig en foutloos verlopen, vanaf het moment van gunning tot de eerste factuur. Daarop volgend pak je vanuit deze functie de realisatie en borging op van de door de klant aangegeven producten en/of service levels. Specifieke aandacht is nodig betreffende de regie aangaande producten buiten het standaard assortiment (materialen/diensten/rapportages). Met als doel dat deze tijdig zijn geborgd. Voor deze niet-standaarden zorg je voor een vervolg met stakeholders en verantwoordelijken zodat deze geborgd worden.

**Functie-eisen**
Voor de positie van **Project Implementation Expert** zoeken we iemand met de volgende vaardigheden en ervaring:

- Hbo/wo werk
- en denkniveau;
- 5 - 10 jaar werkervaring in project implementatie management;
- Ervaring op het gebied van BID en klantmanagement;
- Ervaring met het invoeren van proces
- en systeemwijzigingen, bij voorkeur binnen een B2B omgeving.
