**Role**

Please note that the intended start date of this internship project is the 1st of February.

**Responsibilities**

The intern will learn how to work in a biotech laboratory environment and aid the I&I team by supporting them in the exploration of a specific research question by the design and performance of several assays such as:

- PBMC and immune cell subset isolation
- Flow Cytometry based assay to measure antibody binding
- Flow Cytometry and Microscopy based functional assays to measure antibody activities

**Requirements**:

- Master Student connected to a Dutch university
- Technical knowledge: PBMC and immune cell subset isolation, Cell culture, ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Microscopy
- Lab-based (technical knowledge: PBMC and immune cell subset isolation, Cell culture, ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Microscopy)
