**The Opportunity**:
Our HR team is looking for an HR advisor that will bring a lot of energy and ideas to the team. Our employees are of great value to the company so HR has a crucial role to play. We would like to welcome a self-starter that takes responsibility, delivers HR support and drives initiatives and projects. You will work on the people agenda for the B&F teams in Amsterdam (headoffice) and Heerenveen (including the warehouse). As HR advisor you will work closely with your direct report, the HR assistant and your manager, the Head of HR. Next to the NL HR team you will work with our international HR colleagues from the Centers of Expertise (TA, Rewards, L&D).
You will play a crucial role in developing our teams and support the development of our leaders. The people agenda will focus on a diverse set of topics like talent recruitment, engagement & wellbeing, diversity & inclusion, personal development and mindset & behavior. Our HR team supports the annual Performance management cycle and ensures that our decisions are in line with laws, regulations and our own policies.
We work hybrid so we work at the office in Amsterdam, Heerenveen and at home (or other locations which matches your work activities).
**Key Accountabilities**:
- People manager of your direct report, the HR Assistant
o Support on HR content/questions
o Work on personal development
o Performance management cycle
- Employee Engagement and Communications
o Develop and implement ongoing engagement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and morale
o Support a good communication flow throughout the year
- Assist and/or drive HR projects
o TA and Payroll integration project
o Driving the local NL pension project
- Absenteeism and health management
o Implement and execute ongoing initiatives to reduce absenteeism and promote employee wellbeing
o Support managers during sickness cases within their teams
- Collaboration with Culture Club Heerenveen & Amsterdam
- Support our TA team with recruitment
- Business Partnering & Leadership development
- Annual Performance Cycle
o Support goal setting process
o Facilitate performance evaluations sessions
o Facilitate Talent Review & Succession Planning sessions
- Responsibility of correct payroll execution via our external Payroll supplier**About you**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management - preferred
- Experience in the role of HR Advisor
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle ambiguity
- Willingness to learn in the HR field
- Approachable and responsive in addressing employee inquiries
- Demonstrated commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
