**Wat doen wij?**
LIOF is de regionale ontwikkelingsmaatschappij voor Limburg en ondersteunt innovatieve ondernemers met advies, netwerk en financiering. We zijn er voor startups, scale-ups en MKB'ers met een innovatief idee, een businessplan of financieringsvraag, en voor buitenlandse ondernemers die zich in Limburg willen vestigen. We stimuleren grensoverschrijdende samenwerking en internationaal zakendoen, en werken samen met ondernemers en partners aan een slimmer, duurzamer en gezonder Limburg door in te zetten op energie, circulariteit, gezondheid en digitalisering.

**De afdeling Accounting & Control**
Het A&C team bestaat naast deze functie uit 2 controllers, een assistent controller en een financieel administratief medewerker. Er is ruimte om jouw kennis en ervaring in te zetten in het verbeteren van processen en informatievoorziening. Gezien de aard van de functie en de grootte van het team is het belangrijk dat je het leuk vindt om zelf 'aan de knoppen te zitten' en dat je waar gevraagd ondersteuning biedt aan je directe collega's. Je rapporteert aan de Manager Bedrijfsvoering.

**Wat ga je doen?**
- Je gaat het functionele beheer van de financiële administratie in Exact uitvoeren
- Je zorgt voor betrouwbare periodieke financiële rapportages, waaronder de maandafsluiting
- Je boekt periodieke rente
- en/of aflossingsnota's
- Je consolideert en voert berekeningen uit ten behoeve van de waardering van fondsen
- Je bereidt de jaarafsluiting voor en begeleidt de accountantscontrole
- Je bewaakt de compliance aan wet
- en regelgeving
- Je initieert en voert verbeteringen uit in financiële processen en informatievoorziening

**Wat kun jij?**
- Je hebt mínimaal 8 jaar relevante werkervaring
- Je hebt mínimaal een HBO-diploma in een relevante richting, zoals bedrijfseconomie, accountancy, finance & control, of een vergelijkbare financiële opleiding
- Je hebt ervaring met ERP-systemen, bij voorkeur Exact
- Je hebt uitstekende vaardigheden in Excel
- Ervaring met PowerBi is een pré
- Je hebt affiniteit met processen binnen een financiële instelling
- Ervaring met belastingaangifte en affiniteit met ESG-reporting is een pluspunt
- Je bent een teamplayer, flexibel, stressbestendig, hands-on en initiatiefrijk
