We zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste en ambitieuze **Food and Beverage stagiair(e)** in het Radisson Hotel & Suites Amsterdam South. **Over ons**
Radisson Hotel & Suites Amsterdam South heeft 227 suites en kamers en is geopend in april 2021. We willen zowel doorreizende als langer verblijvende reizigers aanspreken die de Nederlandse hoofdstad bezoeken. Elk van de studio's, een-bed en twee-bed appartementen heeft een eigen volledig uitgeruste keuken. Het is aan ons om ervoor te zorgen dat ze zich thuis voelen bij onze familie van medewerkers

**Wat ga je doen?**
- Werken in de dagelijkse operaties van de bar & restaurant om ervoor te zorgen dat alle beleidslijnen, procedures en normen worden nageleefd en gericht zijn op het bevredigen en overtreffen van de verwachtingen van onze gasten.
- Je neemt bestellingen op, bereidt ze voor en serveert ze, variërend van drankjes en koffie tot ontbijt, lunch en diner.
- Klachten van klanten snel en volgens de normen van ons hotel oplossen.
- Ervoor zorgen dat alle service
- en keukenapparatuur schoon en goed onderhouden is en voldoet aan alle hygiëne-, gezondheids
- en veiligheidsvoorschriften met speciale aandacht voor mogelijke gevaren voor de gezondheid (HACCP) en overtredingen van de voorschriften.
- Koelkasten, serviesgoed en bar
- en restaurantmeubilair schoonhouden.
- Op de hoogte blijven van alle F&B-trends om concurrerend te blijven binnen de markt. Als één team willen we alle creativiteit die we in het team hebben gebruiken om op ons best te zijn
- Gedraag je als de 'gastheer/gastvrouw' van Keuken & Bar en volg de bedrijfsprocedures.
- Beantwoord inkomende telefoongesprekken.

**About us**
Radisson Hotel & Suites Amsterdam South has 227 suites and rooms and opened in April 2021. We aim to appeal to both transit and longer stay travelers visiting the Dutch capital. Each of the studios, one-bed and two-bed apartments has its own fully equipped kitchen. It's up to us to make them feel at home with our family of staff

**What will you do?**
- Work in the daily operations of the bar & restaurant to ensure all policies, procedures, standards are followed and focused on satisfying and exceeding our guests' expectations.
- You will take, prepare and serve orders ranging from cocktails and coffee to breakfast, lunch and dinner.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and according to our hotel standards.
- Ensure that all service and kitchen equipment is clean, well maintained and complies with all hygiene, health and safety regulations with special attention to potential health hazards (HACCP) and violations of regulations.
- Keep refrigerators, dishes and bar and restaurant furniture clean.
- Keep up to date on all F&B trends to remain competitive within the market. As one team, we want to use all the creativity we have in the team to be at our best
- Act as the "host/hostess" of Kitchen & Bar and follow company
