**What You'll Do**

As a Logistics Team Leader, you’ll be the key to keeping everything running like clockwork. From managing your team to hitting productivity targets, here’s how you’ll make an impact:
**Lead the Way**
- Coach, motivate, and supervise your logistics team to ensure high performance
- Keep a close eye on work quality, using management reports to stay ahead of any issues
- Collaborate with fellow team leaders to address and prevent complaints
- Manage employee attendance, performance reviews, and ensure your team is always at its best

**Drive Productivity**
- Meet productivity standards while balancing available hours and projected turnover
- Plan, adjust, and refine weekly and monthly employee schedules to meet goals
- Work closely with the Production Manager to ensure realistic and efficient plans
- Create an environment where productivity and quality thrive, through smart planning and team motivation
- Ensure employees log their hours correctly for payroll accuracy

**Keep Things Safe & Tidy**
- Make sure your team follows personal grooming, cleanliness, and safety rules
- Maintain order and safety across the department and reduce damage through careful resource use
- Refuse deliveries when Critical Control Point (CCP) violations occur - safety first

**Own the Night Shift**
- As the Shift Leader at night, you’ll take charge of operations and handle any issues that come up
- Make crucial decisions when senior management isn’t available, ensuring things keep moving smoothly
- Be the go-to person for any escalations or surprises during night shifts

**Working Hours**

You’ll need to be flexible This role includes shifts that may cover day, evening, and night hours, with occasional work in cold or freezer environments.

**Who You Are**
- A proven leader with at least 3 years of experience managing logistics teams, you know how to coach, motivate, and inspire people
- A strong communicator, fluent in English and/or Dutch (B2 level or higher)
- A problem solver who thrives on making confident decisions, especially during night shifts
- Flexible and adaptable, happy to work different shifts, including nights and sometimes in cold environments
- You have a driver’s license and live within a short commute to the work location
- You’re in it for the long haul, committed to growing within the company and fostering a positive team culture

**What You'll Get**
- Competitive salary in line with Scale 6/7 of the GIL CAO (€2,748 to €3,718 based on 40 hours per week)
- An extra €150 gross per month for night shift work
- Please note: this role is based on a 40-hour workweek, and no overtime is recorded
