System Owner Electrical

Job description:

- Oversee the electrical systems across multiple locations, ensuring optimal performance and compliance
- Develop and implement maintenance and reliability strategies for electrical systems, including replacement investments (business case/need statement)
- Act as a core team member in projects, providing expertise and support for electrical systems, but not leading projects directly
- Ensure systems meet safety, regulatory, and operational standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Manage system documentation, including technical specifications and maintenance records
- Support projects to ensure the maintainability of the installation, providing input and assistance
- Act as the primary point of contact for electrical system-related queries in projects from a maintenance perspective

Job requirements:

- HBO working and thinking level, with a focus on Electrical Engineering / Maintenance or a related field
- Extensive experience in managing electrical systems in industrial or regulated environments (Process, Pharma, etc.)
- Strong technical and troubleshooting skills with a deep understanding of electrical systems
- Knowledge of electrical safety standards and regulatory compliance (e.g., NEN, ISO)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
- Ability to lead initiatives, manage system improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Experience in managing system documentation and working with contractors is a plus
- Hands-on experience with electrical assets
- GMP experience is a plus
- NEN3140 VP certification is a plus

Pay: Up to €5.000,00 per month
