Als Day Technician voer je onderhouds
- en storingswerkzaamheden uit en stuur je onderaannemers aan.

**Functie omschrijving**

In deze functie werk je op het datacenter van Global Switch te Amsterdam. Dit datacenter is een complexe technische omgeving waar vele soorten techniek samenkomen. CBRE GWS is verantwoordelijk voor het monitoren, bedienen en onderhouden van alle technische installaties, alsmede het oplossen van storingen hieraan. Het CBRE team op deze locatie bestaat uit Shift Engineers, Day Technicians, een Admin Support, een Technical Planner en een Sr. Technical Coördinator.

Als Day Technician Datacenter werk je in de dagdienst, tijdens kantoortijden. Tijdens vakantieperiodes en ziekte staan wij er positief tegenover om je in te zetten in de shifts waarin je met een Shift Engineer samenwerkt. In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van werkzaamheden als het;
- verrichten van preventieve onderhoudswerkzaamheden en het oplossen van storingen aan elektrische of koeltechnische gebouwgebonden installaties,
- uitvoeren van werkplekinspecties, controleren op -eventuele
- onveilige situaties en daar waar nodig stoppen van werkzaamheden om onveilige situaties te voorkomen,
- aansturen van medewerkers van contractors of subcontractors en het afnemen van de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden,
- voorbereiden van de eigen werkzaamheden (opvragen en uitdraaien van werkorders), aanvragen van materiaal en materieel, afmelden van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden,
- representatief houden van de locatie.

Voor preventief onderhoud en storingen kan je, zoals gezegd, te maken krijgen met contractors en subcontractors. De medewerkers van deze firma's begeleid je dan ook op de locatie waarbij je toeziet op een correcte en vooral veilige uitvoering van het werk. Veiligheid is één van onze belangrijkste waarden. Als Technical Handyman Datacenter draag je bij aan het toezien en sturen op een veilige werkomgeving en veilige uitvoering van het werk. Hierbij werk je in lijn met de geldende HSE richtlijnen van Global Switch alsmede CBRE. In deze functie vindt frequent werkoverleg plaats waarin ruimte is voor het delen van ervaringen, suggesties, problemen en best-practices.

**Wat vragen wij van jou?**
- Je beschikt over een MBO diploma in een technische richting.
- Aanvullend beschik je over VCA Basis en NEN3140 (of je bent bereid deze op korte termijn te behalen).
- Je hebt mínimaal 2 jaar ervaring met onderhouds
- en reparatiewerkzaamheden en kennis van elektrische installaties.
- Heb je kennis van koeltechniek, dan is dat een pre.
- Je beschikt mínimaal de Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.
