**Introduction to the job**

ASML is an innovation leader in the semiconductor industry and provide chipmakers with everything they need - hardware, software and services - to mass produce patterns on silicon through lithography.

The Corporate Real Estate (CRE) Organization is responsible for the transfer of knowledge and qualification of the ASML infrastructure, installation and buildings at our sites.

**Role and responsibilities**
- As part of Corporate Real Estate (CRE) Business support team, PMO you will support:
- the the Director of NL CRE organization being the contact person for external parties (local government, insurance and subsidy).
- the CRE Business Support team to successfully execute their mission in enabling the financial stability of ASML CRE

As part of Corporate Real Estate (CRE) Business support team, Financial analyst:

- Financial support for CRE department, analysis and reporting
- Define & report trends and analyses
- Ensure proper preparation for presentations across department

**Education**
- Bachelor or Master with at least 3 years of experience in PMO / Finance
- Fluent in Dutch (is a must) and English language

**Experience**
- At least 3 years of experience in PMO
- Experience in Finance with strong focus on Opex and Capex cost accounting
- Experience with SAP is preferred
- Affinity with tooling and reporting of trends and analyses for costs
- Able to challenge the business to focus on cost control
- Experience in working for a global oriented company

**Context of the position**

The Business analyst / Financial expert is part of the CRE Project support office. You are supporting CRE management, project managers, contractmanagers and Cost center owners for Capex and Opex related activities. You are the key interface of the CRE department with the Financial Control department of Finance.
