**Mooi, want we zoeken een B2B Marketeer** die LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads én SEA volledig in de vingers heeft, en mee wil bouwen aan iets groots.

**Bij IXTE willen we maar één ding: bedrijven niet alleen zichtbaar maken, maar vooral te laten domineren in hun markt.**Vanuit onze inspirerende werkplek in de **Science Tower in Rotterdam** - compleet met coworking spaces en tafeltennistafel - werk je aan campagnes die écht tellen.

Wij zijn een boutique marketing agency met een missie: bedrijven op de **shortlist** krijgen van hun ideale klanten. Hoe? Door te pionieren met **Account Based Marketing (ABM)** en **Demand Generation**.

**Over de rol: wat ga je doen?**

Jij bent de architect én uitvoerder van campagnes die verschil maken. Geen copy-paste werk, maar écht slimme strategieën die je zelf opzet, beheert en optimaliseert. Je denkt mee met klanten, maar vooral vooruit.

Wat je dag zoal brengt:

- Het opzetten, beheren en optimaliseren van **LinkedIn Ads**, **Meta Ads** en **SEA-campagnes**.
- Data-gedreven optimalisaties uitvoeren: van targeting tot A/B-testing.
- Het opzetten en beheren van **omni-channel campagnes** die opvallen.
- Campagnes analyseren en bijsturen met inzichten uit dashboards en AI-tools.
- Klanten verrassen met commerciële kansen die jij hebt gespot.
- Meewerken aan marketing automation, zodat campagnes schaalbaar worden.

- **Je hands-on bent**: Je houdt van het vak, van de details én van het grote plaatje.

- **Je creatief én analytisch bent**: Campagnes bedenken én bijsturen is jouw sweet spot.
