**_Hoe zal je bijdragen en groeien in deze functie?
- **

Als “Safety & IMS Manager”, maak je deel uit van onze Benelux farmaceutische / kwaliteitsafdeling en rapporteer je aan de Pharmaceutical Affairs Director van Air Liquide Healthcare Benelux.

Binnen deze functie heeft u 2 missies.

De “Safety” missie is om het HSE-programma (gezondheid, veiligheid en milieu) in de entiteit te ontwikkelen in overeenstemming met de procedures van de Groep en de wettelijke eisen.

De “IMS” missie is het consolideren van het IMS(Industrial Management System)-systeem en het implementeren en continu verbeteren van de veiligheid en betrouwbaarheid van de processen van de dochteronderneming, rekening houdend met de documenten van de Air Liquide Groep en/of de overeenkomstige procedures van de dochteronderneming.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheren van ons ISO 9001 / ISO 13485 kwaliteitssysteem in verband met de opslag en distributie van medische hulpmiddelen en geneesmiddelen.

Op de middellange termijn, wordt je de verantwoordelijke persoon voor de opslag en distributie van onze geneesmiddelen (gasvormige en vloeibare zuurstof) in Nederland.

In de functie delegeer je het dagelijks beheer van het kwaliteitssysteem aan de persoon die aan jou rapporteert.

**HSE taken**
- Verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen, beoordelen en actualiseren van HSE processen
- Geeft leiding aan het operationele management bij de implementatie van het HSE-programma
- HSE-indicatoren vaststellen als leidraad voor het HSE-programma en de HSE-plannen
- Aanspreekpunt veiligheidskwesties
- Verhogen van veiligheidsbewustzijn in de organisatie
- Identificeren van risico’s en het implementeren van correctieve acties
- Controle van goed gebruik en geschiktheid van PBMs en wordt betrokken bij de aankoop van nieuwe PBMs.
- Initieert RI&E en coördineert actieplan
- Rapporteren en analyseren van diverse onderdelen binnen ons veiligheidssysteem
- Op de hoogte zijn en blijven van de van toepassing zijnde wet
- en regelgeving en deze (laten) omzetten naar praktisch uitvoerbare maatregelen en werkvoorschriften;
- Het uitvoeren van interne HSE-audits aan de hand van een auditplan;
- De coördinatie van opleiding en training m.b.t. HSE;

**IMS taken**
- Ontwikkeling van het IMS systeem (inbegrepen in ons kwaliteitssysteem) volgens Groep eisen.
- Opvolging van de verbeteringsacties door KPI te implementeren en door periodieke vergaderingen te organiseren met de operationele managers.
- Coördinatie van de Management Review van het filiaal.
- Communicatie over IMS programma’s van de Groep aan alle personeelsleden.

**Kwaliteitstaken**
- Garanderen dat het kwaliteitssysteem voldoet aan ISO 9001 en 13485 normen.
- Behouden van onze ISO 9001 en GDP certificaten
- Delegatie van de dagelijkse opvolging van het kwaliteitssysteem aan de QA Officer
- Garanderen dat de MDR eisen als distributeur zijn gerespecteerd
- Uitvoeren van interne audit van de andere afdelingen
- Optimalisatie van onze opslag van medische hulpmiddelen
- Betrokkenheid in de opleiding / bevoegdheidsproces
- Zelfinspecties op de verschillende distributie sites van het bedrijf (4) om het respect van de GDP (Good Distribution Practices) voor geneesmiddelen en medische hulpmiddelen na te kijken.

**Ben jij de juiste persoon voor deze functie?
- Je beschikt over een Universitair niveau
- Je hebt minstens 10 jaar ervaring in safety management
- Je hebt ervaring in een kwaliteitsomgeving in verband met medische hulpmiddelen (ISO 13485) is een plus.
- Ervaring over GDP (geneesmiddelen) is een plus.
- Je durft beslissingen te nemen.
- Je kan delegeren, overtuigen en analyseren
- Je bent proactief en pragmatisch
- Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden.
- Je beschikt over leiderschap skills met betrekking tot veiligheids
- en kwaliteitsonderwerpen
- Impactvol communiceren
