Wellicht is dit dan een mooie vervolgstap in jouw baan bij dit prachtige bedrijf Als Key Account Medewerker van ons KAD team Warehousing en Fulfilment ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dienstverlening naar de klant en daarbij behorende afwijkingen of specialisaties. Je bent de spil tussen de klant en de interne afdelingen waar je verantwoordelijk bent voor het gehele proces van onze warehousing & fulfillment activiteiten.

**Wat je gaat doen**:
Key Account medewerker in de breedte zin van het woord **- je bent de spin in het web**
- Adviseren van klanten in hun transport uitdagingen.
- Het proactief opvlogen van zendingen, volgen van zending van A tot Z en waar nodig de klant tijdig informeren.
- Het analyseren en beoordelen van wijzigingsverzoeken, deze op basis van de mogelijkheden in de keten intern en met de klant afstemmen.
- Het op een correcte manier volledig zelfstandig oplossen van klachten en retouren, deze afhandelen met de daarbij behorende communicatie richting de klant.
- Het maandelijks en/of wekelijks samenstellen van rapportages voor de klant zodat de KPI’s kunnen worden besproken met de klant.
Aanwezig zijn bij wekelijkse meetings met onze key accounts

**Wij vragen**:
- MBO niveau 4 opleiding bij voorkeur een administratieve, commerciële of logistieke richting.
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, Duits is een pre.
- Kennis van douanezaken. Kennis van gevaarlijke goederen is een pré.
- Flexibel inzetbaar van ma t/m vrij tussen 08:00 - 19:00 uur.
