Procurement Intern

**Onsite**: 2 days/week, the rest flexible

**Start date**: June 1 (6 months)

**About the position**

We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Procurement Intern to support the Packaging Procurement team. In this role, you will be handling administrative tasks related to strategic and procurement operations, such as updating prices, supporting strategic buyers in launching various RFP events, collecting & analyzing offers, and sharing findings with internal stakeholders. You will also organize team meetings and document meeting minutes as well as check price lists based on indexes, manage questionnaires, and help with contract negotiations. You will also provide ad-hoc support, such as generating savings reports, participating in project pitches, and rolling out questionnaires on Sustainability & Quality.

**So, what does it take to be successful in this role?**
- Currently enrolled as a Bachelor's/Master's student in the **Netherlands**.
- Business knowledge
- Basic understanding of supply chain or procurement
- Preferably (but not a must) experience with Ariba/SAP
- Data-oriented
- Good communication skills
