**Wat jij gaat doen**

Dagelijks worden onze oplossingen Presto en Pronto gebruikt door honderdduizenden mensen in binnen
- en buitenland. Simac IDS creëert samen met de klant en partners een beleving die aansluit bij de visie van de klant door mee te denken in hun processen en het soepel automatiseren van deze processen. Voor onze oplossing op gebied van toegangscontrole (Pronto) zijn wij op zoek naar een accountmanager die zowel relatiebeheer, als new business met beide handen oppakt. Hier zie je een voorbeeld van Pronto in actie bij een klant.

Als Accountmanager ben je veel in contact met installateurs, bouwtechnisch adviseurs, projectontwikkelaars, vastgoedontwikkelaars en facility/IT managers. Onze focusmarkten voor toegangscontrole zijn de Leisure, zorg en het onderwijs. Je wordt meegenomen naar onze bestaande klanten, leert over onze producten en diensten en gaat na de onboarding ook veel zelfstandig op pad. Natuurlijk heb je veel contact met onze developers om de technische haalbaarheid van klantwensen te toetsen.

**Praktisch ga je het volgende doen**:

- Je creëert kansen, plant meetings, bezoekt locaties, bepaalt behoeftes en spiegelt deze langs onze oplossingen;
- Je pakt in teamverband salestrajecten op met een looptijd van 1 maand tot 2+ jaar, met focus op het bouwen van een klantrelatie;
- Je bent veel onderweg naar klanten door heel Nederland;
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor bestaande klantrelaties en de uitbouw van nieuwe klantrelaties;
- Je hebt een cruciale rol in de verdere groei van Simac IDS door klanten te vinden en binden.

**Wie wij zoeken**

Als persoon sta je sterk in je schoenen. Jij wordt enthousiast van het oplossen van problemen bij klanten, orders binnenhalen en het maken van de vertaalslag van de functionele klantwens naar de technische oplossing. De brug slaan tussen behoefte en techniek, communiceren op verschillende niveaus en daarbij klanttevredenheid voorop stellen. Dat is waarom jij het vak van accountmanagement in bent gegaan.

**Kort opgesomd**:

- Je hebt aantoonbaar een HBO werk
- en denkniveau en ervaring in langdurige commerciële trajecten;
- Je bent klantgericht, communiceert op verschillende niveaus en hebt focus op resultaten;
- Je bent bij voorkeur bekend in de markt van toegangs-oplossingen, facilitaire dienstverlening óf onze focusmarkten;
- Je stelt ambitieuze doelen voor jezelf, werkt hier naartoe en weet op het juiste moment hulp te vragen;
- Je bent communicatief vaardig in Nederlands en Engels en legt makkelijk contact met directe én indirecte collega's, ongeacht hun functie.
