Are you an M&A lawyer looking to move inhouse? At FrieslandCampina we are looking for a hands-on legal counsel M&A. The legal M&A team is part of the larger NL based Legal, Ethics & Compliance team consisting of various specialists. The team works closely with the M&A team and other business partners on a variety of transactions within the worldwide Royal FrieslandCampina group.
Wat we vragen
- You have at least 5 years of experience in private practice, either at a large firm or a boutique firm with the majority of your time spent in M&A;
- You are analytically strong, precise and curious;
- You are a qualified lawyer;
- Having commercial contracting experience is a plus;
- You are customer focused and are able to act with speed and decisiveness to achieve the best results;
- You take responsibility for your work and are continuously looking for new opportunities to make a change.

- VacaturetekstAs legal counsel M&A you are responsible for all legal aspects of M&A transactions worldwide, including managing the transaction, engaging and overseeing outside counsel and advising various business partners and FrieslandCampina's board on the transactions' legal aspects. You are part of the larger Amersfoort based legal team of FrieslandCampina (~25 FTE) and together with the director legal M&A you work closely with the M&A department (~5 FTE).
