The operation of Videojet Technologies Europe B.V. in De Meern consists of two parts, namely:
1) The storage and distribution of high-quality coding and marking equipment to our customers in EMEA;
2) The production and distribution of cartridges for inkjet printers.

You as **Export Coordinator**, together with the export team, will organize the transportation, including applicable export documentation, for the goods that we supply to our customers. You will be located in De Meern (Utrecht).

**In this role, a typical day will look like**:

- Preparation of export declarations, certificates of origin and documentation of hazardous substances (ADR; IMO, etc.)
- Organization of transportation bookings
- Management of export licenses
- Ensuring reliability of delivery in collaboration with other departments

**The essential requirements of the job include**:

- HAVO, VWO, MAVO or MBO-4 in transportation and logistics
- Preferably at least 1 year of experience with export shipments, transportation documents and air, sea and road transportation
- Basic knowledge of INCO terms and customs regulations
- Language proficiency: Dutch and English, spoken and written
- Preferably familiar with ADR

Als **Export Coordinator** ben je samen met het export team verantwoordelijk voor het organiseren van het transport voor de goederen die wij aan onze klanten leveren inclusief de daarbij behorende exportdocumentatie. Je komt te werken in De Meern (Utrecht).

**Taken**:

- Opstellen van uitvoeraangiften, certificaten van oorsprong en documentatie van gevaarlijke stoffen (ADR; IMO, etc.)
- Organiseren van transportboekingen
- Beheer van exportvergunningen
- Waarborgen van de leverbetrouwbaarheid in samenwerking met andere afdelingen
