Commercial Sales Executive for European Market

Working hours: 24-32 hours a week

APS is on its way to expanding the market presence in Europe and has an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a COMMERCIAL SALES EXECUTIVE FOR EUROPEAN MARKET.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and selling skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and provide effective solutions.
- Good understanding of the European market and cultures is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a high-energy, fast-paced, and collaborative team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Fluency in English is essential, other European languages are advantageous.

**Job Description**:

- Generate sales leads and enquiries either via physical visits or telephone calls and successfully converting these into new customer accounts.
- Understand customer needs and requirements and provide appropriate solutions and services.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions of contracts to close sales deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as operations, logistics, and customer service to ensure smooth execution of sales orders and customer satisfaction.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deals closed using Exact software.
- Preparing shipping docs as per customers required and providing after-sales support;
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance industry knowledge and establish relationships with potential customers.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
