Brunel is searching for a Project Control Assistant to support a leading global energy company. This is a pivotal role where you’ll be instrumental in ensuring seamless project execution through efficient documentation management, material control, and administrative support. Our client is a global energy leader with over 100,000 employees across 130+ countries.

As the world’s fourth-largest publicly traded oil and gas company, they operate across the entire energy spectrum, from the exploration and production of natural gas to refining, marketing, and the transport of oil and gas, as well as the production and marketing of chemicals. The work location will be at the company's office in Den Haag.

**Over deze functie**
- Ensure timely approval and flow of all project-related documentation, both internal and external.
- Act as the liaison between departments such as Project Control, Procurement, and Information & Data Governance to streamline documentation processes.
- Support Engineering and Development teams by compiling essential reports and documentation packages.
- Assist Project Leaders in managing the procurement process, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Maintain and regularly update the Material Delivery List (MDL), tracking key dates and milestones throughout the procurement lifecycle.
- Collaborate with the Contracts and Procurement Department and the Quality Section to plan and monitor inspections and Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs).
- Administer and follow up on Modification & Study Requests and Projects, ensuring compliance with departmental procedures.
- Update and maintain control tools and databases to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

- Mbo level in a technical discipline.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and office tools (Excel, SAP).
- Experience in expediting and project control.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
