Ops/os&e Logistic Manager

**Description**:
Work collaboratively with citizenM’s warehousing and logistics partner, Hotel Operations Team, F&B Team and the area hotel teams to provide a robust OS&E supply chain for all citizenM hotels. You manage the relationships with our warehousing and distribution partners in the EU and US. With them, you guarantee adequate OS&E stock levels, forecasting on future stock needs and a smooth supply process to all hotels. Within the scope of OS&E, sits the operations responsibility of uniforms and the operational execution of our hotel shop items: collectionM.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work closely and also monitor the warehousing and logistics partner
- Safeguard the quality of OS&E delivery to the hotels; stock management, logistic optimisation
- Guide and assist hotel teams with OS&E ensuring they can deliver the guest experience and have all necessary tools at hand.
- With help from the inventory management systems from our respective partners, create valuable insights to support decision making
- Work closely with the procurement team on finding alternative products
- Support the integration of the data from our respective warehousing and logistics partners into the data warehouse to further analyze data and optimize performance
- In partnership with the respective area managers, produce annual budgets for OS&E per property
- Work with the support team and the hotel managers to ensure costs are maintained in line with budget through smart ordering and accurate recording
- Work in various circles within the support office as the central OS&E Product Owner, supporting the development of new products and ideas.
- work closely with suppliers on forecasting, assortment and stock management/ maintenance/quality control
- OPS Uniforms representative within citizenM; stock management and forecasting of uniforms
- Work closely with ESG to ensure a future-proof OS&E assortment.
- Work hand-in-hand with the pre-opening support team: creating all OS&E orders, owning the follow-up and optimizing pre-opening OS&E SOPs

**Qualifications / skills**:

- Excited about everything OS&E, Warehousing & Logistics
- Relevant working experience, preferably with hospitality or logistics
- Smart, innovative thinker, negotiator, with an eye for detail
- Experience with budgeting and cost management
- Contemporary, collaborative & creative
- Fluent in verbal & written: English
- Self-reliant, autonomous and proactive
