**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, arrange travel, and support administrative tasks for the Global Events team.
- Maintain CRM and ERP systems, ensuring accurate data entry, booking monitoring, and seamless system operations.
- Handle customer inquiries, quotes, tenders, and prepare presentations to support the sales and events process.
- Create invoices, assist in budget planning, conduct research, and present findings to stakeholders.
- Oversee warehouse operations, including order-specific picking, packaging, goods receipt, and storage preparation.
- Ensure proper packaging for shipments, process returns, and coordinate timely delivery of goods.
- Conduct inventory checks, support the annual stock inventory process, and operate warehouse equipment like forklifts and conveyors.
- Serve as a liaison for internal and external communications, working closely with colleagues and customers on a national and international level.

**THAT'S YOU**
- Vocational training in a commercial, logistics, or events/entertainment field (MBO working and thinking level) with relevant work experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or events.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of CRM or ERP systems like SAP; technical affinity in electronics is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with a structured and process-oriented approach to work.
- Excellent communication skills and adaptability to diverse cultures and team dynamics.
- Independent and innovative mindset with a hands-on attitude and the ability to work under pressure.
- Flexibility, resilience, and a strong sense of quality, order, and cleanliness.
- Fluency in Dutch and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
