**Job description**:
We are offering an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Spa Receptionist **(part-time) **to join our prestigious 5-star spa. As a Spa Receptionist, you will help with the front desk operations, greet and assist guests, and support a team of therapists to ensure exceptional service and satisfaction.

Additionally, the Receptionist will support transitional cleaning of the spa and relaxation areas as needed.

**Position Requirements**:

- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
- Efficient and productive in a luxury, fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiastic with excellent customer service skills.
- Basic math skills.
- Friendly and outgoing personality.
- Excellent communication, listening, and computer skills.
- Team player.
- Flexible and able to work morning/evening shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as Front Desk personnel or Customer Service Representative with proven sales, or a minimum of 1 year of employment within a Hotel or Spa environment.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Be on time for shifts and maintain consistent, regular attendance.
- Properly open and close the spa each day according to Standard Operating Procedures.
- Accurately book, change, and cancel spa appointments.
- Acknowledge and greet everyone who enters and leaves the spa.
- Ensure the check-in, check-out, and payment processes are handled according to company policy.
- Provide callers and guests with detailed descriptions of spa treatments, packages, services, and hours of operation.
- Familiarity with Spa Booking Software (nice to have).
- Answer the phone promptly, using the guest’s name; operate the phone system accurately and efficiently.
- Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, sessions, retail, programs, promotions, and/or discounts available.
- Maintain eye contact when addressing guests; develop professional and personalized relationships with regular guests.
- Handle guests’ questions and concerns promptly, professionally, and courteously.
- Maintain complete confidentiality in all guest matters according to company policy.
- Provide accurate, appropriate, and immediate responses to all guest requests, ensuring complete guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, safe, fully stocked, and well-organized work area.
- Ensure adequate stock of supplies and equipment; inform management when stock is low.
- Work without constant direct supervision and remain at assigned posts for extended periods.
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a quality work environment.
- Regularly attend, participate in, and support training and staff meetings for the spa.
- Assist in all areas of spa operation as requested by management.
- Communicate to management all occurrences involving staff or guests in the spa that require attention.
