Ben jij klaar om je financiële expertise naar nieuwe hoogten te tillen? Voor één van onze opdrachtgevers op Schiphol zijn wij op zoek naar een Junior FP&A Controller om het dynamische team op de Finance afdeling te versterken. Als Junior FP&A Controller ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheren en optimaliseren van de financiële processen en het leveren van waardevolle inzichten ten behoeve van strategische beslissingen;
Wat ga je doen?
- Accounting: een klein gedeelte (30%) van je werk bestaat uit werkzaamheden op het gebied van AP/AR/GL (deels geautomatiseerd);
- Maandafsluiting: je voert nauwkeurige controles & analyses uit om ervoor te zorgen dat de cijfers kloppen en identificeert kansen voor procesverbetering;
- Management rapportages: je stelt gedetailleerde managementrapportages op, inclusief P&L statements, om het (senior) management te ondersteunen bij het nemen van strategische beslissingen;
- Budgettering en Forecasting: je werkt samen met het team om nauwkeurige budgetten en forecasts op te stellen die de groei van het bedrijf ondersteunen;
- Ad-hoc Analyses: je ondersteund het management bij het opstellen van ad-hoc financiële analyses en business cases om strategische doelen te bereiken;
- Jaarlijkse Audit: je ondersteund bij de jaarlijkse audit om te voldoen aan regelgevende vereisten en interne controles;
- Ondersteuning Commerciële Functie: je werkt samen met het commerciële team om winstgevendheid te maximaliseren.

Onze opdrachtgever is ambitieus Een aantal belangrijke zaken omtrent de maand en
- jaarafsluiting worden op dit moment nog uitgevoerd door een externe accountant, denk hierbij aan het verzorgen van fiscale aangiften en het opstellen van de jaarrekening. Op termijn zou onze opdrachtgever deze werkzaamheden graag zelf willen gaan doen. Daarnaast zal er in de komende jaren een nieuw ERP-systeem worden geïmplementeerd (Oracle). Als Junior FP&A Controller bekleed jij een actieve rol in dit veranderproces.

Vereisten
- Jij beschik over een afgeronde hbo-opleiding in de richting van bedrijfseconomie of Finance & Control;
- Jij beschikt over mínimaal 3 jaar werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie;
- Jij hebt ruime ervaring met de software van Exact Globe & SAP;
- Jij kunt goed overweg de MS Office, Excel kent voor jou geen geheimen;
- Jij beschikt over een uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en de Engelse taal;
- Jij beschikt over sterk analytisch vermogen en oog voor detail
- Jij beschikt voer daadkracht, energie en een positieve instelling. Je weet anderen te stimuleren en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid;
- Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en werkt klantgericht.
