Heb jij ervaring in efficiënt en effectief voorraadbeheer en een praktische inrichting van het magazijn ter ondersteuning van warehouse-activiteiten? Voor onze warehouselocatie in Rotterdam, Bluemarine Offshore Yard Service B.V. (BOYS), zijn we op zoek naar een Warehouse Operations Co-ordinator.

Onze veelzijdige vloot van gespecialiseerde schepen die we zelf ontworpen hebben werkt wereldwijd en is voorzien van de meest geavanceerde apparatuur en systemen. Allseas is actief op vier terreinen: pijplijninstallatie, zwaar hijswerk, diepzeemijnbouw en afvalopvang in rivieren.

**Your role**:
De Warehouse Operations Co-ordinator is verantwoordelijk voor het efficiënt en effectief uitvoeren van de warehouse-activiteiten. De focus ligt hierbij op het opstellen en vertalen van voorraadbeheer-, logistieke en douaneprocessen.

De ideale kandidaat heeft aantoonbare ervaring met het coördineren van diverse magazijnactiviteiten en combineert dit met een operationele en positieve manier van denken. Dit is een geweldige kans om deel uit te maken van deze groeiende divisie binnen onze organisatie en meerdere afdelingen op onze locatie te ondersteunen.

In de functie van Warehouse Operations Co-ordinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor onderstaande taken:

- Het begeleiden en monitoren van de stock/cycle counts in het warehouse;
- Afhandelen van afwijkingen die voortkomen uit de verschillende tellingen;
- Fungeren als eerste troubleshooter voor het warehouse;
- Regelmatig verifiëren van de voorraad en fysieke ondersteuning bieden aan het magazijnpersoneel;
- Uitvoeren van analyses om magazijnprocessen en -instructies te optimaliseren en actueel te houden;
- Samen met de warehouse engineers initiëren en ontwikkelen van werkinstructies om logistieke processen en de algehele werkpraktijk te verbeteren;
- Trainen van magazijnpersoneel met aandacht om op een begrijpelijke manier warehouseprocessen te vertalen naar acties voor op de werkvloer.

**What we expect from you**:

- Minimaal een mbo-diploma (bij voorkeur in de logistiek);
- Minimaal 3 jaar operationele en/of co-ordinerende warehouse ervaring binnen de logistiek en/of maritieme bedrijfsvoering;
- Aantoonbare kennis en / of ervaring met voorraadbeheer;
- Uitstekende ERP (Oracle en/of SAP) kennis, zowel in het algemeen als in business intelligence;
- Goede kennis van MS Office programma's;
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel in woord als geschrift.
