Because we are looking for a **Steward / Afwasser**
**Your MINDSET**:
- A natural motivator with a good portion of personality;
- Enthusiasm and a hands-on mentality;
- Ability to ensure efficiency in the back of house department;
- Desire to work closely with all Food & Beverage colleagues to support their needs.
**What does the ROLE entail?**
- Mama is looking for a hard-working steward with a can-do attitude and someone who is not afraid of hands on work.

**Your EXPERIENCE**:
- You have good language and communication skills in English
- You have some experience working in the hospitality industry;
- You are a team player and you are all about the team effort;
- You have a flexible schedule and you do not mind working in evenings, weekends and/or holidays
- And you are able to live and work in the Netherlands, already holding a valid permit.
- You love things clean and tidy
