Service Management Intern

**What you'll do**:

- Assisting the Service Management team with ongoing operational activities
- Ensuring Service Level Agreements with our business-to-business customers are met by ensuring TomTom services are operationally ready and reliable. TomTom offers many real-time services such as traffic, speed cameras, search, routing, and more.
- Working with all teams that are responsible for the TomTom services as well as operational teams.
- Reporting on the monthly SLA results.
- Ensuring processes are followed to ensure good service delivery. Promoting these processes.
- Working as part of the Service Management team, which works with a modified Scrum / Agile way of working.
- Bringing fresh ideas for continual improvement to the team, to TomTom, and to our customers
- Possibly will run a small internal project to improve our processes

**What you'll need**:

- Available to start a 6 month internship starting February 1st
- **You must be enrolled as a full-time student for the complete duration of the internship**:

- Bachelor or Master student in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- Willing and able to work from our Amsterdam office
- Proficient in English (Written and Verbal) with excellent communication skills
- Detail oriented, with excellent organization and planning skills
- An open and proactive self-starter
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a passion for technology and software systems (from Wikis to web apps to AI and more)
- Familiarity with some of the following methodologies is preferred: Agile, Monitoring systems, data analytics project management, ITIL, Lean, organizational change management
