Onze expertise omvat energy harvesting technologieën zoals inductie, NFC, low-power (IoT) elektronica, micro mechanismen, motoren en actuatoren. Bij Kinetron BV hebben wij langdurige wereldwijde samenwerkingen met marktleiders in diverse segmenten, waaronder openingsoplossingen, digitale sloten, toegangscontrole, slimme gebouwen, horloges, wearables, sanitaire producten, irrigatie en gasboilers.

**Vanwege uitbreiding zijn wij op zoek naar een nieuwe assemblage medewerkers voor onze productieafdeling voor 32 tot 38 uur per week**

**Functie**

De persoon die wij zoeken werkt in een rustige assemblage omgeving waarbij wordt meegewerkt aan het behalen van de jaarlijkse productie targets. Je werkt mee aan het produceren en assembleren van fijn mechanische systemen die door middel van beweging elektrische energie opwekken. Het zijn variabele assemblage werkzaamheden waarbij je voornamelijk zittend werk verricht. Tijdens het assemblageproces denk je mee aan mogelijke procesverbeteringen, dit in overleg met de teamleider.

**Profiel kandidaat**
We zijn op zoek naar een collega die zich herkent in het volgende functieprofiel:

- je hebt ervaring en affiniteit met het bewaken van kwaliteit en fijnmechanische systemen
- je bent accuraat, zorgvuldig, zeer goed gevoel voor kwaliteit en bij voorkeur een technisch inzicht
- gebruik van een microscoop is een vereiste in de functie
- je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en een goed analytisch vermogen
- je bent een teamplayer
- je wilt graag bijdragen aan een hoge klanttevredenheid
- beheersing van de Nederlandse taal
- je woont op bereisbare afstand van Tilburg en tenslotte pas je in de cultuur van Kinetron en binnen het team.
