We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented analyst with a strong background in finance, investments, and analysis to join our dynamic team at The Social Hub. In this role you will support our strategic real estate investment with analysis, material preparation and more. This role is pivotal in supporting our strategic decision-making process, preparing materials for board meetings, conducting market analysis, and managing financial analysis of our business cases. In this role, you will work closely with the Chief of Staff and various stakeholders, contributing to the growth and success of The Social Hub's growth.

**What You'll Do**:

- Material Preparation for Board Meetings & Steering Committee Teams: Develop and refine presentation materials for executive and board-level meetings, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and professional aesthetics.
- Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, informing strategic decisions.
- Financial Analysis of Business Cases: Perform detailed financial analysis and modeling to evaluate business cases, investment opportunities, and potential impacts on the organization.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to underwrite and manage projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Executive Material Production: Create high-quality executive materials, including reports, summaries, and briefs, that concisely communicate critical information and findings.

**Who You Are**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in finance, investment banking, consulting, or a related analytical role in a corporate environment.
- Excellent Excel skills, able to digest and build financial models.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a proven ability to interpret and synthesize complex data.
- Excellent proficiency in PowerPoint, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and strong organizational and project management skills.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment and to work with stakeholders at various levels.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and with great attention to detail.
