**Salary**: €2,500 - €2,900 per month (Negotiable based on experience)

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a driven and motivated Marketing Assistant to join our team to play a critical role in supporting our marketing efforts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Setup & Execution**: Support the planning, creation, and implementation of marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. Ensure all campaigns are executed on time and meet the desired objectives.
- **Website Management**: Help maintain and update the company website, ensuring content is current, engaging, and optimized for SEO.
- **Graphic Design**: Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics for campaigns, social media, and other marketing materials.
- **Market Research**: Conduct research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitor strategies. Provide insights that will inform and enhance our marketing strategies.
- **Performance Evaluation**: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with various departments to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall company goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree (HBO-denkniveau) in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in content creation, including writing and basic graphic design.
- Familiarity with website management and SEO best practices.
- Experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
- **Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.**:

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- **Residing in The Netherlands (preferably in Arnhem or within 30 km).**:
