**THE ROLE**
- As intern you will work closely with the Brand Manager Northern Europe on Sebastian Professional, Nioxin & System Professional across 6 markets (Sweden, Finland, Norway, Denmark, Netherlands, and Belgium).- During the internship with us at Wella Company you will be an important part of the team. You will get to see what it is like to work in a global organization with operational work in several markets.- You will gain insight & experience in Marketing & the day-to-day operations of a Global organization. Your role is to assist the Brand Managers to plan & execute quarterly plans, get experience in marketing and communication with dedicated focus on social media and Paid, always with a consumer first lens.**OVER WELLA COMPANY**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Have key elements in time for a new sales cycle:
Social media assets, digital paid activation, m-items are on stock, and the toolbox is ready for deployment.
- Participate in sales cycle activities and deployment.
- Make sure translations are correct and with the tone of voice of the brand.
- Responsibility for research on trends.
- Working cross-function to set and deliver plans.

**KWALIFICATIES/QUALIFACTIONS**
- Vereisten/requirements:
- Structured and analytical with good planning capability.
- Able to manage several activities at the same time.
- In touch with trends and enjoy fashion and beauty.
- Strong interpersonal skills and thrives in a diverse team environment.
- Fluent in English and Dutch or French
- both spoken and written. One Nordic language is also valued but not a criteria.
- Previous knowledge in Paid digital activations is a bonus.
- Microsoft tools knowledge, such as: Power point and excel.
- Studying Marketing, Media, PR, Communications or similar - will need to be enrolled for the entire internship.
