**Key Responsibilities**:
**Event Planning and Management**:

- Support and coordinate Vitestro events, including conferences, customer VIP demos, trade shows, product launches, corporate meetings, training sessions, and social events, both in the office and on location
- Manage all event logistics, such as venue selection, catering, transportation, and accommodation
- Schedule and prepare demo devices, consumables, and peripherals

**Marketing and Promotion**:
**On-Site Event Coordination**:

- Oversee event setup, execution, and tear-down on-site
- Address and resolve any issues or emergencies that arise during events
- Coordinate with the Service organization for the delivery, installation, and calibration of demo equipment

**Post-Event Evaluation**:

- Collect feedback and implement changes and improvements for future events

**Service, Support, and Logistics**:

- Prepare and ship devices, parts, and consumables
- As needed, deliver devices, parts, and consumables directly to customer
- and trial sites

**Compliance and Safety**:

- Ensure all events comply with relevant regulations and safety standards
- Develop and implement event risk management plans

**Key Competencies**:

- **Organizational Skills**: Effective problem solver with a focus on customer satisfaction
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- **Customer Service**: Strong focus on customer satisfaction and relationship management
- **Creativity**: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative event concepts

**What you bring**:

- Ability to lift and carry event materials and equipment weighing more than 25kg
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during events
- Willing to work at least 20 hours/week, more hours to discuss
- Nice to have: Technical capability to troubleshoot and solve on-site problems
- Nice to have: Ability to communicate in English (written/oral)

**Qualifications**:

- Strong coordination and planning skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and potentially extended periods during road trips

**Valid driver license: B is required for this role.**
