From our Netherlands Logistics Centre in Tilburg (NLC), we refill and distribute gas cylinders, package SodaStream products, and distribute them according to forecasts in European markets.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Process and issue credit notes and refunds based on customer care requests.
- Analyze and review customer care requests to ensure compliance with financial policies.
- Collaborate with the finance team to align client balances and financial processes.
- Support the regional finance team in various projects, reporting, and other financial activities.
- Utilize Excel for data analysis, reporting, and other financial tasks.
- Assist in the creation of dashboards and visual reports using Power BI or other business intelligence tools.
- Participate in ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed to support the team.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications for the role**:

- ** Education**: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- ** Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, data analysis); experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools is a plus.
- ** Attention to Detail**: Ability to manage multiple tasks while ensuring accuracy in financial processes and reporting.
- ** Communication Skills**: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to interact with both internal teams and customers professionally.
- ** Team Player**: Collaborative mindset with a willingness to assist in cross-functional projects and support different departments.
- Availability minimum 3 days a week.
