JUST THE JOB
- Shape the Digital Experience: Create flawless user journeys that are intuitive, engaging, and always on-brand.
- Bring Content to Life: Execute seasonal content plans and ensure every update is timely, fresh, and impactful.
- Optimize, Always: Tackle friction points in the customer journey, experiment with A/B testing, and fine-tune for better conversion rates.
- Stay Data-Savvy: Track user behavior, analyze performance metrics, and create actionable reports that lead to continuous improvement.
- Collaborate and Lead: Partner with marketing, IT, and more to implement site enhancements and ensure campaigns shine.

THE TEAM

- Experience: 5+ years in website management, digital marketing, UX/UI or related fields.
- Expertise: Proficient in tools like GA4, Contentsquare, CMS and optimization platforms
- Strategic Thinker: You thrive on solving complex challenges with a data-driven approach.
- Collaborator Extraordinaire: You know how to bring people together and lead cross-functional teams.
