**Purpose of the Job**:
Je maakt onderdeel uit van ons hoog gekwalificeerd Private Banking team in Eindhoven. Je werkt nauw samen met onze Client Advisors en draagt zorg voor een hoogwaardige dienstverlening aan onze relaties. Je speelt een sleutelrol in het bouwen en onderhouden van relaties; enerzijds met onze cliënten en prospects anderzijds als teamspeler met diverse (internationale) collegae. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding coördinatie, uitvoering en bewaking van diverse activiteiten. Dat kunnen commerciële activiteiten zijn, verzoeken van onze cliënten maar ook projecten, klantbijeenkomsten, rapportages of zaken die betrekking hebben op Client Onboarding & Monitoring.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Het vervullen van een regierol binnen ons midoffice in Eindhoven
- Voorbereiden van gesprekken met cliënten en prospects
- Ontvangst van klanten en relaties op kantoor
- Onboarden van nieuwe cliënten: algehele coördinatie, verzamelen van KYC informatie en verwerking in het systeem
- Het voorbereiden, het verzamelen en verwerken van informatie voor de periodieke review van onze relaties
- Verwerken en monitoren van transacties
- Bijdragen aan procesverbeteringen en het informeren van teamleden over wijzigingen in procedures
- Organiseren en voorbereiden van cliëntmeetings en bijeenkomsten
- Opstellen van contracten
- Verantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden van een excellente relatie met onze cliënten
- Zorgdragen voor opvolging van afspraken
- Vastleggen en bewaken van cliëntgegevens in diverse (management)informatiesystemen

**Knowledge and Experience**:

- HBO denk
- en werkniveau
- Affiniteit met beleggen, fiscaliteit en/of financieringen
- DSI registratie of bereid deze te behalen
- Ruim voldoende kennis van regelgeving en compliance procedures omtrent bancaire dienstverlening aan cliënten
