Finance and IT Manager

**De functie**:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance and IT Manager to join the team in our international, chemical company. As a Finance and IT Manager, you have a direct line with the Site Manager and you will be part of the KKS Senior Management Team. You also have a functional reporting line to the CFO of KLK Oleo Europe.
You will be in charge of the Finance and IT Business Solutions department and be part of KLK Oleo Europe Workstream Finance.
We are looking for someone who has a strong analytical mindset and the ability to understand our bsiness processes in detail, optimize them, and implement new requirements.
**Functie-eisen**:
- You have a master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration / Accountancy or any related field;
- You have a minimum of 5 years professional experience in finance, accounting and controlling in an international and industrial group environment a position als manager;
- You have extensive SAP FI/CO experience. (Having worked with SAP's other modules, SD and MM, would be an advantage);
- You are excellent in MS Office, in particular Excel and a high levvel over IT affinity;
- A new colleague is experienced in creating detailed reports and giving presentations;
- You are business fluent in Dutch and English, both oral and written, German is an advantage;
- You reside in the immediate area of Delden.
**Verantwoordelijkheidsgebieden / Kerntaken**:
- You are responsible for the yearly budget and monthly & quarterly forecast in close cooperation with our headquarters in Hedingen/CH;
- You are responsible for the preparation of the manthly and annual financial statemnts in accordance with Dutch Gaap and IFRS, according to the group policies and in close cooperation with our headquarters;
- You will be reviewing and proactively managing the corporate performance and taking action on deviations;
- You will also be developing and optimizing existing business processes, according to the best practice;
- You will effectively communicate your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and senior management, as well to advisory and business management contacts;

**Wij bieden**:
The primary and secondary conditions are:
- Salary between € 95.000 - € 110.000 gross on a yearly basis (based on full-time availability, depending on knowledge and experience);
