Your challenge:
As a Shift Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out zero breakdown analyses, resolving faults, and carrying out preventive maintenance in various fields, including control, electrical, refrigeration, processing/packaging, control technology, pneumatics, and mechanics.

You will be part of the Technical Team and report to the Maintenance & Engineering Manager. Operationally, you will be managed by the Operations Team Leader. During breakdowns, you manage operational technicians from third parties.

**Responsibilities**:

- Resolving disruptions in the mentioned areas.
- Troubleshooting problems with machines and installations, including providing emergency facilities.
- If necessary, escalate to the work planner/team leader in consultation with the Operations Team Leader.
- Requesting materials within the agreed frameworks.
- Prioritizing simultaneous disruptions in consultation with the Operations Team Leader.
- Inspecting installations based on work orders, resolving deviations, and carrying out preventive planned maintenance.
- Registering work performed and archiving machine documents.
- Make proposals for improvements to equipment, working environment, and working conditions.
- Contribute to safety by analyzing deviations, taking risk-mitigating measures, and reporting.
- Maintaining daily internal contact with colleagues from TD, Production, and third parties in the breakdown service.
- Stay informed of technical developments.

What you'll need:
**Requirements**:

- Completed secondary education with a technical background in electrical engineering and/or mechanical engineering or comparable through experience.
- Affinity or experience with industrial automation.
- Knowledge of HACCP.
- Interest in TD processes and maintenance systems.
- Affinity with the world of "New Meat".
- Proficiency in Dutch and/or English, both speaking and writing.
