**Your Mission at CYCLE**:

- ** Safety checks and maintenance**: You carry out regular inspections of our e-bikes and ensure that they are in top condition for our customers
- ** Fault diagnosis and repairs**: you will recognize and fix recurring problems and share your findings and solutions with the team if necessary
- ** Spare parts organization**:You order and manage spare parts in our storage so that you are always optimally equipped
- ** Complete fleet support**:You take responsibility for your fleet, from initial inspection to final acceptance
- ** On-site service**:You visit our partner companies to maintain and repair their e-bikes directly on-site
- ** Focus on customer satisfaction**: actively gather feedback from our customers to ensure that they are completely satisfied with our service and encourage dialogue with them

**Your skills and qualifications**:

- ** Experience**: You have a good technical understanding and relevant personal experience. Practical knowledge in electronics, mechanics, two-wheeler or automotive mechatronics, engineering, or mechanical engineering is beneficial
- ** Passion for Bikes**: You are passionate about working with e-bikes and bicycles and are capable of performing minor repairs yourself
- ** Language Skills**: You are fluent in English
- ** Working Hours**: This position can be filled on a full-time basis
- ** Driver's License**: A Class B driver's license is mandatory for this position
- ** Mobility**: You are willing to travel daily for work to various regions, including Belgium
