As our Head of Group Communications at BDR Thermea Group, you are crucial in crafting and disseminating our story worldwide, shaping how our company is perceived and engaged with globally.

Additionally, you will spearhead company-wide internal communications to ensure our employees are informed, aligned, and fully committed to our mission, culture, and strategy. You will lead the enhancement of corporate communications capabilities throughout the company, working alongside our local communications experts. Your role encompasses both external and internal communication, driving strategic initiatives to bolster our position as a leader in the HVAC industry and advancing our commitment to sustainability, our customers and our employees.

What you'll do
- Develop and implement a comprehensive global corporate communications strategy, ensuring alignment with BDR Thermea Group’s vision, mission, and business objectives.
- Spearhead thought leadership initiatives, establishing and promoting a clear perspective on the energy transition, alongside developing and managing related communication assets.
- Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key media outlets, influencers and industry leaders, thereby enhancing BDR Thermea Group's profile and position as a thought leader in the industry.
- Lead the creation and dissemination of communications across external and internal platforms, including press releases, social media content, Town Hall meetings, and internal announcements, to foster transparency and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Human Resources, to guarantee unified messaging and reinforce the company’s values and objectives.
- Oversee the management of the company's online presence, including the corporate website and LinkedIn, ensuring that content is compelling, accurate, and timely.
- Regularly monitor and assess the impact of communication strategies and tactics, making adjustments as needed to respond to evolving market dynamics and organizational requirements.
- Provide strategic communications counsel to senior executives
- Manage the corporate communications budget with a strategic approach, allocating resources effectively to prioritize and support key communication initiatives.
