Als beveiligings
- en netwerkbeheerder speel je een belangrijke rol in het waarborgen van de veiligheid en stabiliteit van onze IT-infrastructuur, terwijl je bijdraagt aan het algehele succes van onze backend
- en beveiligingsactiviteiten.

**Belangrijkste taken**:

- EDR/MDR-oplossingen implementeren en beheren, kwetsbaarheden identificeren en aanpakken en beveiligingsbewustzijnsprogramma’s voor medewerkers onderhouden.
- Beheren en oplossen van problemen met de netwerkinfrastructuur, zorgen voor optimale prestaties en betrouwbaarheid.
- Samenwerken met IT-collega’s in Nederland, Polen en de VS op het gebied van servers, opslag, Azure-cloudservices en andere infrastructuur
- en beveiligingsprojecten.
- Coördineren van cyberbeveiligingsgerelateerde initiatieven binnen de IT-afdeling.
- Rapporteren en updates geven over de beveiligingshouding en opkomende bedreigingen.

**Wie zoeken wij**:
- Afgeronde HBO ICT-opleiding op het gebied van infrastructuur en beveiliging.
- Sterk begrip van de huidige ontwikkelingen en uitdagingen op het gebied van informatiebeveiliging, standaarden en naleving.
- Passie voor IT en een toewijding om up-to-date te blijven met de nieuwste technologieën.
- Vaardigheid in EDR/MDR, MDM, SMA & SDA oplossingen, evenals Active Directory, Veeam, PowerShell, Networking fundamentals, Windows Server, VMware, Exchange en Azure.
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel Nederlands (gesproken en geschreven) als Engels.

- As the Security and Network Administrator you will play an important role in ensuring the security and stability of our IT infrastructure, while contributing to the overall success of our backend and security operations.

**Key tasks**:

- Implement and manage EDR/MDR solutions, identify, and address vulnerabilities, and maintain security awareness programs for employees.
- Manage and troubleshoot network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Work with IT colleagues in the Netherlands, Poland, and the US on server, storage, Azure cloud services, and other infrastructure and security projects.
- Coordinate cybersecurity initiatives within the IT department.
- Report and provide updates on security posture and emerging threats.

**Who are we looking for?**
- Completed HBO ICT training in infrastructure and security.
- Strong understanding of current developments and challenges in information security, standards, and compliance.
- Passion for IT and a dedication to staying up to date with the latest technologies.
- Proficiency in EDR/MDR, MDM, SMA & SDA solutions, as well as Active Directory, Veeam, PowerShell, Networking fundamentals, Windows Server, VMware, Exchange, and Azure.
- Excellent communication skills in both Dutch (spoken and written) and English.
