Process Operator

**Position Overview**:
Independently monitoring and operating all units of one assigned factory so that production targets can be achieved within applicable (HSEQ) guidelines.

**Responsibilities**:
**Decision making authority**: Revoke work permits;
**In consultation**:stop activities.
**Key Relationships**:
**Internal**:

- Replacement USSV;
- USSV;
- Team members.

**External**:

- External contractors (maintenance).

**Execution**:

- Carries out operational (and relevant non-operational) activities within different operational conditions;
- Is responsible for assessing equipment and process deviations;
- Interprets analysis results and adjusts (if necessary) factory conditions;
- Monitors the process equipment;
- Is responsible for reporting during and at the end of a shift, including the proper transfer of responsibilities.

**Safety**:

- Recognizes potential problems related to safety, health, environment and quality. Takes action under the supervision of Senior Operator or Head Operator;
- Monitors and contributes to 'Good Housekeeping';
- Ensures that the staff of contracted companies work according to the prescribed work permits and takes action under supervision (if necessary);
- Reports on the activities of third parties in the units.

**Minimum Qualifications**:
MBO, with a technical background;
- At least VAPRO B fully completed;
- 2 - 5 years of work experience.
