The IAM team at Rabobank manages all identities and access permissions to our global network. Rabobank uses a state-of-the-art IAM systems to manage e.g. IGA, PAM and PBAC. Our ambition is to further grow to a platform providing IAM services that are secure by design, seamless and plug-and-play for end users and most of all: Digital Only

As the Product Owner for the IAM Foundation & Security Squad, your key responsibility is to translate our IAM vision into a product roadmap and backlog, interacting with key stakeholders to achieve the best possible result. The roadmap you build, needs to adhere to the requirements prescribed in the information security and compliance frameworks that Rabobank uses to manage information security and risks.

That is what makes this such a challenging role: finding the optimum between implementing what needs to be done for risk & compliance and reaching for the best possible solutions delivering the end-user value as promised in our ambitious strategy.

For this we expect you have an excellent generic grasp of IAM in general and specifically on the capabilities of IAM solutions in the market today, to match needs and requirements to standards and capabilities of the tools we work with.

As Product Owner for the IAM Foundation & Security squad you will be the driving force and linking pin within and outside the IAM Foundation Cluster, which is part of the Tech4IAM domain.

You are strongly motivated to present your own initiative (self-starting) and create, facilitate, and inspire high performing teams and are focused on the development of the team to achieve results

The Foundation & Security squad within the IAM Foundation Cluster is responsible for authorization & authentication management on IDP, including in control components for IDP on premise enabling IAM in control.

- Product assessment and selection of cloud IDP backup;
- Sure up in control processes for all IDP / CSP products;
- Respond to DORA requirements.

**Top 3 responsibilities**
- ** Leading the product vision** and development. Collaborate with your PO colleagues and other stakeholders to create an aligned product roadmap and backlog supporting the IAM Digital Only strategy.
- You **challenge your squad **to think beyond today and always act with the future in mind.
- Responsible for **delivering an end-to-end** IAM Foundation to support other IAM squads in their efforts creating seamless user journeys.

**You and your talent**
- Experience in Agile way of working and preferably PSPO I & II certified;
- In depth knowledge of Identity & Access Management and Risk Management;
- Proven knowledge of industry standards for IAM and security (e.g. CISSP);

**This is what we offer you**
- A salary between € 4292;
- and € 7307;
- gross per month (scale 9 or 10, depending on knowledge and experience);
