**The Company**
**Our client is a multinational healthcare company whose aim is to provide innovative medicines vaccines and animal health products globally.**:
*** Role Description**
**In the position of Associate Scientist is to carry out laboratory work aimed at the development of new products, the improvement of existing products, or solving problems in the production of existing products, according to instructions and general guidelines, in a safe and (GLP/GMP) compliant manner and where possible at own discretion and initiative.**

*** Responsibilities**
- Responsible for executing standard provisions and tests.
- Plans work procedures accordingly.
- Identifies deviations, investigates their causes, and proposes improvements or changes to experimental designs.
- Records results in the laboratory journal, interprets them, and collaborates with the project team to discuss findings.
- Writes Subject Memos, Subject Reports, and Regulations/Protocols, if required, with low complexity.
- Conducts operations under GxP standards, such as assisting with pilot
- and consistency batch productions, small-scale batches for animal studies, and seed productions.

**Requirement**
- Relevant HBO education and/or experience.
- Knowledge and experience of the requirements and rules for setting up and functioning of a laboratory.
- Knowledge of and experience with GxP guidelines.
- Knowledge of and experience with MPS methods
